Roxana Maria Triboi is an PhD architect and urban planner that specialised on sustainable food planning.
Currently, the food thematic evaluator of the European Urban Agenda for EUI, she is also coordinating AESOP4food ERASMUS+, a transdisciplinary and participatory program on sustainable food planning for LE:NOTRE Institute, Netherlands.
Her professional experience revolves around building resilient local food systems and includes, among others, consultancy for diverse Territorial Food Strategies and managing a community garden.
