Helene Stanger is project and innovation manager for the 'Innovationsnetzwerk Bezirk Kitzbühel' at Regio-Tech Regionalentwicklungs-GmbH. Here she manages networks and stakeholders and implements diverse social innovation-related projects on a regional level. Additionally, she is the founder of the social initiative Growin' – Initiative for sustainable idea development through apprentices. She also holds the position of editor and moderator at KitzTV.

Helene has a background in nonprofit, social, and health management. She received her BA (Hons) in Nonprofit, Social and Health Management from MCI Management Center Innsbruck in Austria, where she wrote her dissertation on the legal framework for social enterprises in Austria.
