Lawyer practicing in Lille, he holds a postgraduate degree in social law. Member of the International Criminal Bar and of the Lawyer Bar Association of Lille since the early 2000s, he quickly oriented his professional activity towards Criminal Defense, attentive to the respect of the human rights and the rights of individuals. He has been a member of the Lille City Council since 2020. He is Deputy-Mayor in charge of International & European Affairs and Fight against discrimination. In coordination with many associations in Lille, his roadmap specifically targets the development of a plan to fight against LGBTQR+ phobias, the fight against racism and the prevention of social discrimination. Regarding his International and European Affairs delegation, he leads the 16 twinning and partnerships with cities around the world. Close links are forged with these foreign partners for multidisciplinary projects and experiences (mobility of young people, cultural exchanges, sustainable development, emergency and humanitarian aid, etc.). He leads the organization of the Festival of International Solidarity, an annual event in Lille, involving over 60 associations.
