Vice-President for Europe, Hauts de France Region

Daniel Leca is the 4th Vice-President of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council. He is responsible for higher education, research, innovation and Europe.

He was born in 1985, and after studying history and political science, he started a career as a collaborator of elected representatives, including Jean-Louis Borloo. Following this experience, Daniel Leca started to work in the private sector as a consultant to large companies, supporting them in developing communication strategies.

Daniel Leca is also Vice-President of the UDI political party, and he has served as Vice-President of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council since October 2020. He has also been a municipal and community councillor of Compiègne since June 2020.
